If you’re parenting a squad swimmer (or you’re the swimmer reading this), here’s the truth: you’re not alone, and you’re not overreacting. Period anxiety is a real reason girls miss training and even drop out of sport - especially swimming, where swimwear is tight, light-coloured, and there’s nowhere to hide.
